Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once a new billing period has started.
If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction, the duplicate charge is refundable.
If a technical issue prevents delivery or materially delays access to the service, the remedy will be either restoration of access or a refund.
